Warranty For Mattress Writing
Our mattresses are thoughtfully crafted to deliver lasting comfort and confidence, and are backed by warranties of up to 20 years, depending on the selected model. Each warranty is provided directly by the respective manufacturer, reflecting their commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
Warranty documentation is included with your mattress upon delivery. While coverage varies between manufacturers, it generally protects against genuine manufacturing defects within the internal structure—such as significant sagging beyond normal use, as well as broken or compromised spring systems .
To ensure your warranty remains valid, we recommend carefully reviewing the warranty card enclosed with your mattress.
Warranty For Sofa Writing
Our furniture is crafted with quality and care, and is backed by a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, unless otherwise specified. This warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidental damage, in line with standard industry practices .
Should you encounter any issue that you believe to be a manufacturing defect, we invite you to contact us at enquiry@ModenaFurnishing.sg with clear photographs of the concern, along with a brief description, your invoice number, and date of purchase.
Upon review, our dedicated service team will arrange an assessment to determine the appropriate course of action. Where possible, we will carry out professional repairs to restore your furniture to its intended condition. In the event that the item is deemed beyond repair, a replacement will be arranged—either identical or of comparable or higher value, subject to availability—reflecting common warranty practices within the industry .
Modena Furnishing reserves the right to make the final determination on all warranty claims, including the decision to repair or replace, as well as the selection of any replacement item.
Item That No Covered Warranty
Certain items are not covered under our warranty, including pillows, bolsters, mattress protectors, foam mattresses classified under bedding accessories, as well as all clearance products.
Warranty coverage is strictly applicable to products assembled by our professional team. Items that have been self-assembled or incorrectly installed by customers will not be eligible for warranty claims, as improper assembly may compromise the product’s integrity—an industry-standard exclusion in furniture warranties .
In addition, warranty protection applies solely to purchases delivered within Singapore. Products that are exported or used outside of Singapore mainland will not be covered under our warranty terms.
